Book One: "The Elf and the Princess"
A most thrilling and captivating tale for readers of all ages
Menarm was a great and prosperous kingdom, known throughout the lands for its friendly, hard-working people and fair trade. But a bitter struggle of succession between twin brothers left the kingdom devastated, the people divided. Some stayed with Fenil, who had conquered the crown, others followed Renil to the wild lands of the north, founding a new kingdom.
Now Adren, the last princess of the vanquished realm of Menarm, finds herself alone in a world where women live in the shadows of men. Not only must she battle her enemies, but also a truth that could obliterate her last hope for happiness and bring dishonor to all those whom she hold dear. On her quest, she finds unlikely allies in a powerful prince and a defiant mercenary, only to be devastated by an ancient and wily elf. Will Adren survive this final assault?

What others say about The Elf and the Princess:
Spellbound
"In her debut title, The Elf and The Princess, Anna Del C. Dye weaves a tale of secrets, mystery, love, war and high fantasy.
Her characters are endearing, as the reader becomes entwined with their lives and their tales of joy and woe."  Jill Ammon Vanderwood

Book Two: "Trouble in the Elf City"
In the serene and beautiful city of the elfs, life has changed but little since Menarm was destroyed and the war ended. Three springs have passed and Adren, the last princess of Menarm, has settled into her new life. Her champion, the Silent Warrior, has not been seen since the battle at Wilapond.
Suddenly the peaceful life in her new kingdom is challenged by enemies the elfs are unable to fight. Disaster seems imminent for their whole race. Will she have to witness the destruction of this kingdom and once again find herself alone in the world? Or can the Silent Warrior come to her rescue and save them all?
Once again Anna’s inspiration from the myths and legends of Europe and from writers such as J.R.R. Tolkien has woven a new and completely original tale full of suspense, adventure, and medieval-style warfare in Trouble in the Elf City book two of The Silent Warrior Trilogy. Join in the continuing saga of Adren and the elfkind, in book two of The Silent Warrior Trilogy.

What others say about Trouble in the Elf City:
"Anna Del C. Dye weaves a fantastical tale of bravery in the face of death, love in the face of change and how some secrets can save the world, in a style reminiscent to Tolkien or Paolini, in Trouble in the Elf City, Book Two from The Silent Warrior Trilogy. This book has everything fantasy fans cry out for: Sword Play, Action, Romance and … Tea Parties…You will never think of them in the same manner again after reading Trouble in the Elf City."
Rachel M. D’aigle Author of The Journals of The Jacoby Odyssey

"Trouble in Elf City, the second entry in Anna del C. Dye's Silent Warrior trilogy is a nice read. The author presents readers with a heroine, half elf, half human, Adren whose youthful years were ravaged by the annihilation of her kingdom. This is a good read for light to medium level fantasy lovers, particularly young adults who like strong female protagonists, matchmaking, battles and happy endings."John R. Clark

Book Three: Elfs in a Conquered Realm
On their visit to the vanquished Kingdom of Menarm the elfs face many uncertainties. However, they are strong in numbers and sure of their purpose. Zyrthal, the young elf strategist, is given the task of finding the kingdom’s hidden treasures; but instead the elfs find ruthless mercenaries who capture the train and will stop at nothing to obtain the treasures for themselves.
Once again the Silent Warrior is sent to the rescue. Yet he has been battling demons of his own and finds himself in great doubts of his performance as the champion of the last Princess of Menarm. The shadows in his heart double with the disappearance of the two half-elf princes from the dead kingdom. Will he succeed in rescuing the young boys and thwarting the mercenaries, or has the Silent Warrior fallen from Adren’s grace forever?
Elfs in a Conquered Realm is the outstanding finale to The Silent Warrior Trilogy. Anna has answered all the open questions in the continuing saga of this beautiful race. A masterpiece of storytelling, The Silent Warrior Trilogy will take you on a journey you will not soon forget.

What others say about Elfs in a Conquered Realm:
Nicely concluded trilogy
"In her third book, Elfs in a Conquered Realm, author Anna del C. Dye has done a fine job of blending romance and action while taking readers to a very satisfying conclusion to the series. I found myself forgetting my immediate surroundings numerous times as her narrative pulled my into the world she has so ably created."  John Rogers Clark IV

A fun trilogy!
"There are so many wonderful components to the book. Elfs in a Conquered Realm is action, adventure, fantasy, romance and family loyalty all rolled up into one incredible story."

A recent interview from Anna into the why and how of Anna's trilogy:

What has drawn you to the fantasy genre you love to write?
The endless possibilities and the freedom it gives me. Many genres have too many rules to keep up with...fantasy is the one that lets you combine other genres with imagination and provides total freedom. I like that.

How do you come up with these ideas for the stories?
The trilogy came to be because I have many questions about Tolkien's characters in Lord of the Rings. What happened to the dwarf when he went home? and Legolas? Why are elfs special? and what do they do with the hundreds of years they live? What kind of woman would Legolas fall for? That is how The Elf and the Princess was born. The other two books in the trilogy are different adventures in the main character's life.
Later on, with Shahira and the Flying Elfs I wanted to know more about the giant eagles that were not explored that much in Tolkien's books. The same ideas prevailed with the wizards, who became characters in The Roilden Stones of Elf Mountain and Curse of the Elfs. With The Royal Elf of Abalon it was different. I wanted to know if I could hurt my elfs and I wondered what kind of person would be wicked enough to do so. And this character jumped into my mind. That is how The Royal Elf of Abalon came to be.

When did you start to write seriously as an author?
Nine years ago, after the Lord of the Rings movies were done. They were such a beautiful rendition of the books that I watched them in awe. That is when I started the Silent Warrior Trilogy. Though The Roilden Stones of Elf Mountain I started many years before, after I read The Lord of the Rings for the fourth time. I couldn't get enough of them.

How long did it take for you to publish your first book?
Two years. I didn't want to feel rushed so I wrote six books before the Trilogy was finally published.

What do you do when you are not writing?
Watching my little ones grow up and loving every minute of it. Camping, dressing up grown people for the Fantasy Con and a stake Play called ZION. Or doing a piñata for my three kiddos whose birthdays were in May. Or expecting my ninth granddaughter which will be born any minute. Yes, life is busy, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
